I’m Martin Karungi, a seasoned cybersecurity leader with over a decade of experience in shaping security posture and resilience across government, enterprise, and critical infrastructure. With deep expertise in governance, SOC deployment, and data center security, I’ve advised and trained top institutions including the National Defence College, Uganda Police Force, and Uganda Insurers Association. A member of ISACA, EC‑Council, FIRST, and NCIP, I bring integrity, cost-effectiveness, and strategic clarity to every engagement.
